Description
A paddy rice separator separates the product of the shelling operation into three parts, viz., brown rice, paddy and a mixture of the two. Brown rice is fed to the polisher, paddy is sent back for shelling and the mixture is returned to the separator. It separates a mixture of paddy and brown rice into three distinct classes: paddy, mixture of paddy and brown rice and brown rice, to be sent to a husker, back to the paddy separator and to a rice whitener, respectively.
