Sifter International has introduced a complete range of Industrial Pouch Packing Machine for providing solutions as per customers needs. We are already exporting our packing machines in the overseas market. The machine is suitable for all types of Spices, Atta (Flour), Milk Powder, Coffee Powder, Instant Mixes etc for filling and packing in 50 to 1000 grams, 5Kgs and 10Kgs pouches/bag. This is an intermittent operating machine which generally has Servo Auger filling system with Stirrer and AC Drive. Machine motion is controlled by PLC and HMI (Human Machine Interface) including large Touch Screen digital display. Product Pouch forming and Sealing system comprises of Servo Motor / Pneumatic system. Split Type Auger Assembly for easy cleaning and maintenance. Accurate Filling at high speed of packing. Product contact parts in SS 304. Trolley based aligning of web at higher speed to maintain precision in pouch geometry and ease in aligning centre Quick and easy size change over. Adjustable stroke of cross sealing jaws for optimum performance.
